Fort Yargo Ultra
The Fort Yargo Ultra is a 50K loop trail race is a 15.8-mile loop through one of Georgia’s most beautiful State Parks, Fort Yargo. Voted some of the best single track trails in Georgia, this race will be 100% on trails with the 50K completing 2 loops of the 15.8-mile loop. The rolling hills surrounding the lake are the perfect backdrop for a fast finishing time if you are a competitive athlete and a great beginner race for someone’s first Ultra. Start and Finish at the historic Fort Yargo State Park just outside Atlanta, GA. Early June is the perfect time with warm-weather just starting if temps in the 80s. Using the same trails, there is a 25K and 15K option.
