JW Corbett 50M/50K

Held in the JW Corbett Wildlife management area. Low cost high adventure old school ultra. Technical single track trail winding through remote, undisturbed, scenic Florida wilderness. Rugged, scenic, diverse and possibly wet trails that wind through wet prairies, cypress strands, hardwood hammocks, open meadows and pine flat woods. Plenty of wildlife and wildflowers to see. Engraved beer mugs and wine glasses for finishers. 13 hour cutoff for all runners. A bucket list run. The 50 miler is a 50K out and back and then you have to leave the party and head back out for a 9 mile out and back to finish. The 50K is a 15.5 mile out and back and the 18 miler is a 9 mile out and back. We also have a newly added 10K race. Aid stations are at the 9 mile, 15.5 mile, 22 mile and 31 miles for the 50M/50K. 18 miler is one Aid station at 9 miles. Everyone should be carrying at least 70 oz of fluids for the race. Runners will follow the very well marked orange blazes the entire time.
