LOViT 100 Miler
The LOViT Endurance Runs will cover sections of the Lake Ouachita Vista Trail from Denby Bay in the west to Avery Recreational Area in the east. The start point will be at the East Cove Wilderness Pavilion at Mountain Harbor Resort – Arkansas’s #1 rated resort.
The course is mainly single track with some sections of Forest Service Road and minimal pavement sections. The single track sections are a mix of rough, rocky climbs and smooth pine bed trail. Rocks and roots are a strong feature on this course and depending on seasonal rainfall, multiple wet creek crossings are possible.Please note: This is a challenging distance on a difficult trail. It is crucial that you physically and mentally prepare for the stresses of the race through adequate training and preparation. YOU, the runner, are responsible for your own well-being during the race.
