After the success of our Erddig 10K Trail run in 2019 we are back in 2021 with a new venue for you to explore whilst taking on a 10K challenge to raise much needed funds for Nightingale House Hospice! Situated within the beautiful surroundings of Llandgela Forest – The Nightingale 10K Evening Trail Run promises nothing but spectacular views and hopefully a glorious sunset! The route is suitable for anyone in good health with basic off road running skills. Please note; the route does contain sections of undulating track with uneven trail surfaces
