DUE TO THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC WE HAVE POSTPONED OUR 25TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION. 2022 WILL BE THE LAST YEAR WE WILL OFFER THE INCA TRAIL MARATHON TO MACHU PICCHU.
Run the ancient Inca Trail. Climb over two mountain passes and follow the original stone-paved trail that leads into the legendary “Lost city of the Incas” – Machu Picchu! With over 10,000′ of elevation gain, two high passes (13,000′ & 13,800′), and thousands of Inca steps we believe the Andes Adventures Inca Trail Marathon is the most difficult fully supported, regularly scheduled marathon in the world. Our course is unique and only offered by Andes Adventures. The Andes Adventures Inca Trail Marathon June 2020 event will be the 25th Year Anniversary and the 45th running event that we have organized on the Inca Trail. Our first Inca Trail Marathon to Machu Picchu was offered in 1996. Benefit from our 25 years of Inca Trail Running events experience. We pioneered Running events in all of South America.
