Recent course through 2021. 50% road; 50% gravel road and trail. Steady climb for the first mile. Flat and rolling rest of the run. Also a 5K all on the roads. In Palmer Park.
New Course in 2022 – Norris Penrose Events Center – nearly 100% trail.
